Name and version of the database you are using: Oracle 9i

Excerpt of code from Resume class:

private int rStatus;

public int getRStatus() {
return this.rStatus;
}

public void setRStatus(int rStatus) {
this.rStatus = rStatus;
}

This was generated for me by Middlegen from a database where the column name is R_STATUS. Is Hibernate choking because of the consecutive capital letters or something?

No responses please. Middlegen should really fix this problem, since I now have to correct this by hand in a couple of hundred places. Please no "READ THA FAQ" crap blah blah blah. it took you 1 hour and a few minutes to post this garbage.
this hostile community is rather helpful, in my experience anyway, just give us more than an hour, and less than this garbage, also try your debugger, I promise it's not hostile

tq,
let him with his problem, and thank you for helping the others!

fupeg,
you've posted 5 posts, only asking for help, never helping the others. I think you're the dark side of this forum: people who are getting (and wanting the other to help you in the minute) without giving, i think you'd better choose another tool and insult everybody.
I also think the only thing you need is a debug training!
Please go away

Fupeg, I think its better if you don't use Hibernate; your expectations of the Hibernate community and about acceptable behavior on your part simply don't match our expectations, so I can't see how this could possibly be a productive relationship for anyone concerned.

I guess you'll need to find some other ORM solution. Sorry :-(

(By the way, Middlegen is a seperate project, and is not developed by the Hibernate team.)

Look at the FAQ http://www.hibernate.org/116.html#A30

or look at this post

http://forum.hibernate.org/viewtopic.php?t=932841

To extract the knowledge from masters one needs to be polite as it is your need not of masters.

Hope you will be more mannered afterwards.
