Lucas, it may help us to know what you are working with. There are various "tweaks" that can be done to rn you code first, but until you let us know what exactly you're trying to achieve, I don't think anyone will be able to offer any trully meaningful advice.

I am trying to improve the performance in update an select in my table
it was thinking about some thing in the XML as to use cache
