I am not quite sure if this is the right place to ask this question or not. If my post disturbs anyone I really apologize for that. I am desperated ...
Does anybody know any web hosting service pre-install hibernate? or do I have to host myself?

I don't know any that pre-install it, but if you include it in your project's WAR file, then you dont need to have it pre-installed.

I was surprised to discover that Lunarpages, where I have
hosted sites before, specifically disallows Hibernate. So
be sure to check with potential hosts before you sign the
dotted line. Some discussion:
