I'm using
Hibernate version: 2.1.2

Mapping documents:

Code between sessionFactory.openSession() and session.close():

Name and version of the database you are using: PGSQL 7.3

Debug level Hibernate log excerpt:

pls see this exception. and give me solutin ASAP.

You are doing some incorrect Session handling. Please re-read the doco and look at some example apps.
