I am relatively new to Hibernate. I need to write a SQL query that involves multiple objects and multiple underlying tables. I have been struggling with specifying multiple aliases and classes in <return .../> tag of <sql-query> mapping. Is it possible? If yes, what is the right syntax for it.

I shall appreciate any help

regards

- Zafar

<sql-query name="catwoman">
<return alias="hale" class="sexy"/>
<return alias="barry" class="babe"/>
select {hale.*}, {barry.*} from x,y where x.id = y.id
</sql-query>
