Greetings,

SwarmCache 1.0 RC2 was released 10.25.2003, and I have not seen any activity in over 6 months (CVS, forums, etc...)!

Is the SwarmCache project still being worked on? I would like to implement either SwarmCache or TreeCache. If SwarmCache is 'no-longer', then the choice is easy.

Any news?

SwarmCache might in fact not be the best option for Hibernate, we recommend JBossCache.

can JBoss Cache be used out of Jboss, for example in a full POJO / tomcat / cluster environment ?
