I tried to search Hibernate forums against the problem I have, but searching cababilities are poor.

Maybe somebody knows how to search for exact phrase like eg.
" Closing a connection for you".

I tried to perform the search, but obtained plenty of results not corresponding to my problem.

You can use AND to define words which must be in the results, OR to define words which may be in the result and NOT to define words which should not be in the result. Use * as a wildcard for partial matches


as said in the search form....

Are you trying to run Hibernate as a service in JBoss 3.2.X?

I would agree with the original poster.

A phrase search would be much more useful.

I would like to search for something like this: "could not initialize a collection"

That search is pretty useless on the forums here, as you get tons of results because it's a simple AND search instead of a phrase search.

It is simply not easily doable in the PHPBB chaos that they call source code. If you have a patch we can certainly apply it.
