French Characters issue

Hi all ! =)

I'm running Hibernate 2.1.2 with Oracle9i and I encounter problems with French characters like

not enough info to help, be sure to tell us where exactly the caracter encoding is wrong (db,loaded POJO, Views)

Ask your DBA, this is a DB - JDBC issue

Really sorry... I'm using Struts/Struts-Layout and it seems the problem comes from this side... sorry again...

jsp or controller?

you can try to add
<%@ page contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8"%>

on your jsp

To Delprouve : When I get the values from my form in the validate method of a beanForm, the value is already corrupted with
