Hello, everyone:

I did add ehcache-0.6.jar to $TOMCAT_HOME/common/lib,
and apparently the Hibernate web app can find the Java class
net.sf.ehcache.hibernate.Provider, otherwise there would be
a "class not found" exception.

Since this is the first time I've used Hibernate, I have no idea
what might be causing the problem, though it's undoubtedly
something very simple. I also searched the archives and I
only found the suggestion about putting ehcache.jar into the
'lib' directory. Suggestions welcome and appreciated...

Regards,

Oswald
