Help with error from my log file

I'm getting this exception:

net.sf.hibernate.HibernateException: net.sf.hibernate.TransactionException: could not register synchronization with JTA TransactionManager

What are the possible causes for this???

Hibernate could not register with the JTA Transaction Manager.

What would cause this? My application works fine for the first 8 hours, and then thereafter, I get that exception.

Here's my setup:

* jboss 3.2
* hibernate as an mbean
* mysql
