Hi All,

I am new in Hibernate ...
I am unable to understand the exact uses of Cache region .....what is the significance of it.....

Why we use cache region ?
What are the benifits of cache region?

A cache region is exposed to the cache provider, so you can, for example, configure different timeout strategies for a particular region. See the cache names in the /src/ehcache.xml example configuration.
