Hi

Can we set sysdate to a column of a table using hibernate? If yes then can somebody let me know the implementaion?

Yes. Many ways this can be done. I prefer to not use DB specifics such as Oracles sysdate and use a new Date() as an argument. One alternatively, is to use a trigger.
