I want to build an object graph with following delete "Conditaional" Cascade delete relationship

Person -> Order -> Item.

However, the item is not "always" delete. It depends on another Table. For example, Item only be deleted only when the "TempItem" Table contains the Item's ItemId

I would like to know where the code I shall put to do the above. The above is something like "tigger" in RDBMS.
