 Post subject: IoC and Hibernate

Hey guys
I'm trying to integrate Hibernate, JBoss, WebWork2, SiteMesh and XDoclet alltogether.

I was able to achieve everything correctly until I decided to follow the IoC patter (Mostly a requirement by WebWork2)
I have followed the approach with the admin application provided by hibernate. However my HibernateSession is always null. It seems the IoC pattern is not functioning properly and nothing is being instantiated.
Any help is greately appreciated.

I use the same stuff ( but webwork 1.3 ) and pico as IoC - and everything does work ( at least I get different problems :) )
