By default hibernate seems to be creating tables without specifying the owner. This usually makes SQL Server 2000 default to the current user. When attempting to issue selects against sql server the table owner is left out. If the tables have been created without specifying dbo as the owner this will result in the error:

Code:
Invalid object name 'XXXXXX'.

It's usually desirable that the owner is dbo. Is there any way to set the owner to use through hibernate?
