I get a Hibernate Assertion Error. Is this something the Hibernate team cares about? If so, what kind of info should I post? I don't want to post my source or mapping files, since they are quite long and contain proprietary information, and I don't promise this time around I'll preserve what would help you, but I'd like to know what you need in case it happens again (or continues to happen).

An assertion failure means that you are doing something illegal, usually in the way you handle sessions or exceptions.

There was a message with it something like 'this may be a bug in Hibernate'. I can work through it on my own if I had a problem. I just didn't know if you were concerned that it was a Hibernate problem. If not, I'll fix it.
