I will aplogize right up front if I am putting this post in the wrong forum, but I am inquiring as to whether there is such thing as a Hibernate Expert/SME? Our company has a development team in place here in Chicago building a Java/WebSphere application for a client. Our middle-tier team is using Hibernate/Castor/Spring as well as other technologies. The technical architect has asked me to locate a Hibernate expert. Two of our team members having been working with Hibernate for 3-4 months, but we would like to have a Specialist on the team. Would this just be a senior Java developer with deep experience with Hibernate, or is there a certain place I should be looking to locate a SME?

I apologize again for posting a non-technical post within this forum, but I needed a place to start. If someone could "point me in the right direction", I will excuse myself from the forum.
