Hi,

We are getting the error (ORA-00020 Maximum number of Process num exceeded) for last two days and it is occuring once in a day. We are using Oracle 9i database and Hibernate 2.0.3. Has anyone faced this problem before ? Any suggestions are welocme.

Thanks

You are making too many client connections to your Oracle server. Either increase the number of processes for your Oracle instance (be careful and ask your DBA) or restrict the concurrent connections from your connection pool on the Java side.
