how can i contact with the administrtor

I have tried to log in the forum, and i was notified that my account and my e-mail address have been registed. but I still can't log in the forum.

I also don't know how to contact with the administrator responsible for the forum.

You should get a validation e-mail. Some people have problems with their accounts though, I get about one failure message each day with either full quotas or typing errors in the address.

I manually activated your account now. Your e-mail address doesn't look valid, change it.

Just checked the logs:

I'd make sure this address is working, because the e-mail left our system and your mail server said it got queued.
