log4j warn: No appenders could be found for logger

I want to fix the following worn messages I get when I run a code with hibernator classes...

Code:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (net.sf.hibernate.cfg.Environment).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
[/color]

I'm using the hibernate.cfg.xml config file...

This is log4j saying that it could not find its log4j.properties file. This is only a warning. Refer/User the version that comes with Hibernate. Needs to be in classpath.
