What do you mean organizing?

The doco is written in DocBook XML.

Christian put together a great docbook build from the very scarce resources, so if you are interested in using docbook, don't even try to figure it out yourself. Just checkout Hibernate2 from CVS and work from there.

Was just looking for a good program to do documentation and keep it well organized like you have it. Thought you might have been using Lyx or something.

No, just a text editor. But I'm using IntelliJ IDEA more and more for the XML work these days.
