I want to know that integrate hibernate and session bean is a better approach in EJB architecture?

Sorry, is Hibernate with Session Bean is better than Hibernate with Entity Bean?

It depends on your problem domain. Generally speaking, I would say that entity beans are not worth the effort; and BMP entity beans even more so. Hibernate is a much more powerful and flexible way to map persistence classes to a database then entity beans.
