I am getting this error if someone has encounter this please help.
I am trying to connect to oracle it gives me error

java.lang.AbstractMethodError: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDatabaseMetaData.supportsResultSetType(I)Z
at net.sf.hibernate.impl.SessionFactoryImpl.<init>(SessionFactoryImpl.java:163)
at net.sf.hibernate.cfg.Configuration.buildSessionFactory(Configuration.java:594)
at org.presci.walnut.EmployeeImpl.<clinit>(EmployeeImpl.java:28)
Exception in thread "main"

I am using Oracle 8 driver
