I really love Hibernate so far. I can get my company to buy the Hibernate
book when it comes out but I was wondering what other ways might
I be able to get them to support the project and give something in
return. How is the project supported, anyway?

The best way you can support the project is by telling people how good you think it is, and by being active in the user forum.
