I am trying to deploy Hibernate in a simple test servlet on weblogic 12.1.3. Keep getting this error:

My maven pom.xml below. The same setup works fine on a standalone java app (no JEE), so I am thinking it is some conflict with JEE libs on weblogic. I am using jpa2.1 as shows in the pom.xml, so not sure why the error. Any suggestions?
