I need paid support for Hibernate ORM. The platforms mentioned on their site is not relevant to me (http://hibernate.org/orm/support/).

Please suggest how to get support/assistance.

I am using Tomcat as a container and not using any of the platforms supported by Red Hat. Please suggest if I should still contact Red Hat?
