How do you implement your own DialectResolver and get it picked up? Setting the hibernate property with hibernate.dialect_resolvers and a custom class that extends DialectResolver (or StandardDialectResolver) doesn't seem to do anything.

If I don't explicitly set a hibernate.dialect I can see that StandardDialectResolver gets called.

But this constant doesn't exist in 4.3?

I can get around this issue by overriding hibernate4.LocalSessionFactoryBean setDataSource and working out the dialect myself and programatically setting the hibernate.dialect as required (we have ourr own Dialects with registered functions) but it seems a bit hacky so would prefer to do it with a DialectResolver. If only I could work out how!

Any ideas?
