By Using the entity-name="XXX" @ class level in hbm config I can have different configuration for the same object. This works when I am using Criteria (createCriteria(Class persistentClass, String alias);) is there was way to use the same for SQLQuery..?

I am using the Native Sql to pull the root table and post that hibernates is triggering the select queries for the child tables. I wanted to control the number of child table.
Any suggestion please
