 Post subject: Not able to access nvarchar, datetime field

Hi All,
I am a new bee to this hibernate world.
I am using the Microsoft Sql server 2008 R2 as a database.
Hence from hibernate3 when I am trying to access the nvarchar and datetime field from the database I am ending up with the error:
nvarchar and datetime field is not defined/ supported.
Can any one please help me regarding this?
