Hi Minoru,
the forum is still alive :)

We do our best to keep the forum free of spam but sometimes all the volunteers are away at the same time and the amount of it get out of control.
You may also see a lot of spam if you connect right before we cleaned it.

As an alternative to the forum, you can try to post your questions on StackOverflow: stackoverflow.com
