I have seen a couple of ways to do this, but I wonder what would be the best way to achieve a many-to-many relation holding extra information in Hibernate?

As an example I have here a classic shopping situation as to where orders have to be added to the database.
The order has to hold a reference to both the product, the customer and the number of products, as illustrated below:
