Hi All,

I am trying to understand the correct use of findXXX(), findByXXX() etc. methods.
For table with proper id column we can do findById(). Now if I have to do query like "select somefields from mytable where mycol=myval" what kind of findXXX() should I use? Or I have to write my custom method with my query.
Also what is difference between using findByID() vs findBySomeField()? Since view doesn't have any specific id column do we always have to use findBySomeField()?

Thanks.
