Does WebSphere 7 support Hibernate Final Version 4.3.2. Does it support JPA2 specification (I understand that Hibernate implements JPA2 specification). Can Hibernate work with WAS 7?

It supports the JPA specifications 1.0, 2.0 and 2.1. It's the JPA implementation provided by JBoss EAP. You can probably deploy it in WAS7 too - conceptually it should work but I don't know the details of that.
