Hi,

In my Entity, i have write sequence generator annotation strategy, but, the hibernate create a TABLE for sequence.

How annotation work CREATE SEQEUENCE DDL?

I'm use firebird.

Code:

@Id
   @SequenceGenerator(name = "SEQ_USER", sequenceName = "GEN_USER", initialValue=1)
   @GeneratedValue(strategy = GenerationType.SEQUENCE, generator = "SEQ_USER")
   @Column(name = "ID", nullable = false)
   private Integer id;

DDL
create table SEQ_USER for generators ids.

Correctly
CREATE SEQUENCE SEQ_USER;

Why?
