Hi, I am new to Hibernate and learning it using hibernate documentation. But whenever I post my basic doubts in this forum I am not getting any reply from Hibernate experts. So I am curious to know if this forum is still active or not.

Which is the correct place to ask any hibernate questions for learners like me, is there any alternate forums where I can post my queries. Please let me know, I hope I will get some response at least for this topic.

yes this forum is active. Sadly most of the time I can dedicate to the forum is wasted in removing spam, still we hope and need users to help each other out as there are too many questions, and most of them are simple enough to not require an expert.

Other good places to find help are stackoverflow or the IRC channels (see http://hibernate.org/community/ ).

Since this is all run by volunteers, you'll have to be patient. Also, most of the more expert users won't bother replying to basic questions which are explained in the documentation, so please read the manual or one of the recommended books, especially if you're new to Hibernate.
