My requirement is that every time a new customer account is created, a new table is created for that customer such as customer_jone, customer_peter and etc. So the customer_xxx tables are dynamically added. but their schemas are the same. Does hibernate support this?

No Hibernate doesn't do changes to the database schema at runtime, as it's generally considered a very bad idea.
