Hi I am using the following validation (@Email).

org.hibernate.validator.constraints.Email.

If I give email id as "john.smith@gmail.com.", email is validated as true..

If an extra dot is present after the entire string, I feel it should be validated as false..

Can anyone tell me how do I customize the annotation's behavior..
