Hi all

I am trying to update my database using hibernate.hbm2ddl=update ,however it takes nearly 4 hours.

I am not sure where the problem is and i don't know where to start to investigate the problem.

I will be appricated if you direct me on where the problem can be.

Regards

I suggest you to log all jdbc-activities by using a JDBC-Logger like p6spy.
In that way you should see which statements are taking so long time.
