Can someone please assist with the following problem?

We are trying to map Oracle object type to the CompositeUserType, so that we can use various parameters from the Oracle object type in the HQL query.

For example, with the following table:
Code:
CREATE TABLE TEST_TABLE
  ID NUMBER  NOT NULL ,
  Name VARCHAR2 (128 BYTE) ,
  AddressInformation SM_ADDRESS_INFORMATION_TYPE  NOT NULL)
;
CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE SM_ADDRESS_INFORMATION_TYPE
  AS OBJECT
  (
    AddressStreetName VARCHAR2 (128 BYTE) ,
    AddressStreetNumber VARCHAR2 (20 BYTE) ,
    AddressCityName VARCHAR2 (128 BYTE) ,
    AddressPostalCode VARCHAR2 (45 BYTE) ,
  ) NOT FINAL
;

We would like to be able to use all parameters from SM_ADDRESS_INFORMATION_TYPE in the HQL query.

Thx in advance for your help.

Anyone?

We would just like to know if what we are trying to achieve even possible.

If it is possible, can you just push us in the right direction, nothing else.

Regards,
