 Post subject: Hibernate handling multiple database instances

My requirements is as follows:
I have one application war file and one database server. This database server will have multiple instances. All these instances will have same database tables but the instance will get differed based on customer.
When a user log in to application based on his accountid we need to connect him with particular instance of database. This routing will be done based on db table which will be lying in main instance.
I need advice on how to proceed for the creation of session factory.
