I have a question about L2 cache:

I config L2 cache for Hibernate with read-write/ transaction

Then what's Hibernate operate will update L2 cache?

1> get
2> load
3> update
4> saveOrUpdate
5> save
6> persist
7> delete

Thanks,

It should be of no interest when Hibernate exactly does update the 2L (=shared) cache:
-for your current session it has no meaning, as there is the stronger 1L-Cache.
-for other concurrent sessions the new 2L-cachings are not seen anyway until you commit.
