 Post subject: Many to Many RelationShip Confusion ?

This pic is a part to and ERD, containg 2 entities with many to many relation. When on create Classes on it I placed many to many annotation on it.
My question is in which class or how I put the date attribute
so that we able to know which dates patient give tests
