Hello,

I have a problem

My request

Code:

SELECT *
  FROM M m
  inner join T t on t.tid = cast (m.id as varchar(255));

I don't know how to create the cast with annotation

Code:

@Entity
public class M{

...

@OneToOne(fetch = FetchType.LAZY)
@JoinTable(name = "T", joinColumns = @JoinColumn(name = "tid", referencedColumnName = "cast (id as varchar(255))"))
private T t;

It doesn't work. Please need help. How to join the table M with T

EDIT: Just for information: id is a bigint and tid is a varchar

With this syntax i have no error when i execute this HQL query:

select m from M as m

But Hibernate doesn't get the T element. I can't do the join between the 2 table.

Please it's really important. How can i do a join on column with different type?

I try to use @JoinColumnsOrFormulas but

Code:

@ManyToOne
@JoinColumnsOrFormulas({ @JoinColumnOrFormula(formula = @JoinFormula(value = "cast (t as bigint)", referencedColumnName = "id")) })
@Fetch(FetchMode.JOIN)
private T t;

But i have an error on SQL Syntax

but i have this error

Someone can help me please.
