Hi All,

I am trying to use c3p0.testConnectionsOnCheckout parameter to validate idle/obsolete connections, but it is not working properly. Whenever the database is restarted or gone down for any reason, i have to restart the application as well otherwise it throws obsolete connections error message.
Please suggest a feasible way to fix this problem, I am using Hibernate 3.2 and c3p0-0.9.1.1.jar for connection pooling. Is there any other way to fix this problem .... please suggest
