 Post subject: Difference between "loadAll" and "find" in hibernateTemplate

When We use Spring and Hibernate together, So we Use a Hibernate template..

Suppose my persistant class is "Person"
So here,.
What is the difference between

hibernateTemplate.loadAll (Person.class);

and

hibernateTemplate.find ( "from Person");


My Ultimate aim is to retreive all the records from the database..!
Please let me knwo which to use and what is the difference.?
