I have no complaints about it, but so I did the delete inside a try like:

It is perfect as well the code inside the catch is being executed but the problem is that the Stack continues been printed, So My Catalina.out Is really poluted.
Shouldn't the catch prevent the exception to be printed on the catalina .out?
It is a non-checked exception, from Runtime, but It should be caught (as it is being) and shouldnt go to catalina
Right?
