does any one used Hibernate with Netezza? I am new to Netezza. I heard hibernate supports Postgress dialect and there is no dialect available for hibernate with netezza.

Please suggest the options what needs to be done here

as far as SQL support, shouldn't be an issue I think you could use the PostgreSQL dialect.
As far as other aspects, like Netezza providing a decent JDBC driver, you might have to workaround some issues: https://forum.hibernate.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1002888&p=2425957&hilit=netezza#p2425957
