Hello:

I was wondering how to add hibernate support to a java project with Maven 3 configured. I tried adding the following to the pom.xml, however not sure where the descriptor values are to be defined and what the latest values should be. Or is there an easier way to configure a project to use the latest hibernate release?

Thanks,
Matt

<dependencies>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.hibernate</groupId>
<artifactId>hibernate-entitymanager</artifactId>
<version>${hibernate-entitymanager-version}</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.hibernate</groupId>
<artifactId>hibernate-validator</artifactId>
<version>${hibernate-validator-version}</version>
</dependency>
</dependencies>
