Hi everybody,

I´d like to know why the Hibernate Documentation discourage the use of composite-id.
What is the problem? Performance, consistency, ...?

Thanks,

Alexandre

as complex you design object modeling it takes marginal more time to process those object in hibernate session.

So, I have to balance this complexity considering time spent by a query in database versus time spent by hibernate to fill those objects.

It's a hard job but it has to be done.

Thanks for your reply.....
