 Post subject: How to generate xxx.hbm.xml files from Java Class (no annot)

Assume I created a couple of (NOT annotated!!) Java classes.

How exactly can I now (inside Eclipse) let Hibernate (or another, additional plugin) generate
the corresponding xxx.hbm.xml files?

Is this somehow possible from the cmdline as well?
